Terms & Conditions
These terms cover two things: the use of this website, and the general basis on which Anatolian Accountancy Ltd ("we", "us", "our") takes on client work. They don't replace the formal letter of engagement you'll sign with us before we start any paid work. Where the two differ, your signed letter of engagement takes precedence.

Enquiries submitted through this site
Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not an instruction to act. No client relationship or engagement exists until we've carried out our standard onboarding checks (including anti-money-laundering identity verification) and you've signed a letter of engagement setting out the scope, fees and terms of the work.
Engaging our services
- Once you engage us, the specific scope of work, fees, responsibilities and timelines are set out in your individual letter of engagement, which forms the contract between us.
- Fees are billed as agreed in your letter of engagement (fixed fee, hourly rate, or another basis) and are due on the terms stated on our invoices, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You're responsible for providing accurate, complete information and records in good time. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you give us may affect the accuracy or timeliness of our work, including statutory filing deadlines.
- We carry professional indemnity insurance and follow the standards and ethical guidelines of our professional body.
- Either party may end the engagement in line with the notice terms set out in your letter of engagement.
Liability
Our liability in connection with services we provide is as set out in your letter of engagement. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from information you provide that is incomplete, inaccurate or provided late, or for matters outside the agreed scope of our engagement.
Governing law
These terms, and any engagement with us, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Terms already agreed in a signed letter of engagement aren't affected by later updates to this page.
